West Ghent is a vibrant, urban neighborhood defined in Article II of the WGCL BYLAWS as "that area North of the Elizabeth River, West of Hampton Blvd, and south of the railroad tracks bordering Jeff Robertson Park in the City of Norfolk, Virginia."
